The website www.samiotes.gr provides its service to its members / visitors with their acceptance of the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. Existing services and as well new services included in the Digital Center of Samian Emigration are subject to these terms of use, unless otherwise stated
The Digital Center of Samian Emigration provides rich collection of services, pages, options, resources including various communication tools public access and user communication sites as well as personal pages of services /pages. The user / visitor of the Digital Center of Samian Emigration, understands that all the pages / services are provided “as it is”. Users / members agree and accept not to use the services of the Digital Center of Samian Emigration for:
a) Uploading, posting, sending, transferring or using any other method for the installation of content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, defamatory, obscene, violent, abusive or racist it violates the privacy or the personal data of other users.
b) Uploading, posting, sending, transferring or using any other method for the installation of content by a person / user who is not entitled to make such content legally available as well as content of any form that infringes any copyright of any entity
c) Uploading, posting, sending, transferring or using any other method for the installation of any form of unauthorized advertising / promotion of a product / service, the sending of not requested emails.
d) Interference with the services or the disruption of the services or networks connected to the services to theDigital Center of Samian Emigration or misunderstanding the conditions, procedures and rules for the use of such networks.
e) Intentionally or unintentionally breaching of any local, national, European or international law and / or any rule that has legislative force that relates to and / or covers any service of the Digital Center of Samian Emigration. Any form of harassment of the privacy and the individual and social rights of other users / members.
The user / member of the Digital Center of Samian Emigration understands and agrees that the Digital Center of Samian Emigration does not pre-screen the content, but itself as well as its affiliates retain the right ( and not the obligation ) of the exclusive denial of uploading / posting or moving or deleting any content made available through the Digital Center of Samian Emigration services. In addition, the Digital Center of Samian Emigration and its affiliates reserve the right to delete any content that violates these terms of use, but also to temporarily or permanently disconnect the user / member account that does not respect these terms of use.
The user / member understands and accepts the international nature of the Internet and is committed to respecting and adhering to the local ethical rules of each State. Specifically, the user / member undertakes to abide by the legislation concerning the transmission of data from Greece and Europe to third countries and vice versa.

The Digital Center of Samian Emigration does not control the availability, content, privacy policy, quality and completeness of the services of other web sites and pages that refers to through links, hyperlinks or advertising banners. Consequently, for any problem that occurs during their visit / use, the user must address directly to the respective web sites and pages, which are fully responsible for the provision of their services. The Digital Center of Samian Emigration shall in no way be construed as endorsing or accepting the content or services of the web sites and pages to which it refers or in any way links to them. The Digital Center of Samian Emigration has no responsibility for the communication of the user / member with the third party service providers advertised in the Digital Center of Samian Emigration and for any commercial transactions that may arise from the relationship.

Newsletters that the visitor / member of the Digital Center of Samian Emigration services receive voluntarily upon registration, are the intellectual property of the Digital Center of Samian Emigration. The Digital Center of Samian Emigration reserves the right to refuse to register a person on the mailing lists or even to delete them.
